Israel built memorial stones after crossing the Jordan.

They celebrated Passover to remember God's deliverance.

They told each generation the mighty works of the Lord.

America also has a story worth remembering.

We remember:

God's providential hand throughout history.

The courage of those who pursued liberty.

The sacrifices made on battlefields.

The blessings of religious freedom.

The opportunities that millions have found on these shores.

No nation is perfect. Yet God has shown remarkable mercy throughout these 250 years.
