Encounters - “God is Always Working”

This week in our Encounter series we are going over an amazing chapter in Acts… Acts chapter 10… We are going to see God use all five of these ways to speak to people… as we go through todays passage I want everyone to pay attention and see if notice when God uses each one of these forms of communication..

Just doing a quick read Acts 10, seems pretty strait forward… Cornelius, a Roman Centurion, and a devout man who prays regularly and gives to people in need is told to go find the Apostle Peter. Meanwhile, Peter has a powerful vision that challenges his long held Jewish traditions . When Cornelius men find Paul they take him back to Cornelius home and everyone in Cornelius household get saved.

Much, much more than that. So many Biblical truths, Theological implication in this chapter – Do a whole series just on Acts chapter 10… but I promises you I am not going to try to teach a whole series this Sunday morning, struggle was narrowing it down.
