Neighborhood Watch "Those People"

Jesus said we should "love our neighbor as yourself". We all like to think we do a good job of that, but if we are honest we can all be like the lawyer in Luke 10 and want Jesus to qualify "who exactly is our neighbor that we have to love like ourselves. I mean surely when talking about our neighbors Jesus did not mean 'Those People', did He?" If we are honest we all have groups we classify as 'Those People', even the disciples did, that is until God confronted Peter and changed the course of the church forever.
